A claim is a demand for action by your insurance company. Your insurance policy explains what the insurance company agrees to pay for or do.
 
We can help you report your claim.

There are many different kinds of situations where you will be filing a claim, and in most situations you will be contacted by the insurance company to discuss the details. For more common situations we have provided you with a way to get the process started right here from our website. The buttons at the left,

can be used to get start things started. If you have purchased insurance policies using an agency other than ours, be sure to contact them regarding your claim as well. We can only help you with insurance that we sold you.
 
For all other claims, please call us on the telephone, or stop into one of our offices
to report your claim. In any case, if you do not hear from the insurance company within 24 hours, call us immediately.
 
We can also provide you with some suggestions for local businesses that do excellent work for auto repair, glass replacement, water cleanup, debris removal, building repair, emergency response for urgent property claims, and many other claims-related needs. Ask our customer service representatives for some suggestions!
 
Most insurance companies take care of their claims quickly, but some are quicker than others. All companies have to be fair and responsive to your special personal or business needs. Getting your car back, your home repaired, or your business back up and running with as little disruption as possible is the ultimate goal.
