Motorcycle Coverage

- Liability coverage that pays for bodily injury or property damage that results from a motorcycle accident you cause.
- Comprehensive coverage that pays for damage to your motorcycle caused by something other than a collision (e.g. damage from fire, hail, explosions, earthquakes, floods, riots and theft).
- Collision coverage that pays for damage to your motorcycle caused by contact from another vehicle or object.
- Medical payments coverage that pays medical expenses for you or a family member if injured in a motorcycle accident or if you are a pedestrian hit by an automobile, or any other person while occupying your motorcycle.
- Uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage that protects you from uninsured and underinsured drivers.
- Guest Passenger Liability coverage that provides bodily injury protection for your passenger as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Special Coverages for Extra Protection
Special coverages that go the extra mile can be added to your motorcycle insurance policy for additional protection. Special coverages include:
- Custom parts or equipment coverage up to $30,000 for custom equipment, devices and accessories. Limited coverage is automatically included with the purchase of Other Than Collision and Collision coverage.
- Emergency side road service that reimburses you for the costs of towing your motorcycle.
- Loan/Lease gap coverage that pays the difference between what your motorcycle is worth and what you owe on your motorcycle's loan or lease.
- Classic Motorcycle and Limited Production coverage for specialty bikes.
Motorcycle Owner Discounts
The Alliance Group offers great discounts to save you money on your motorcycle premium. Discounts include*:
- Multi-Policy Discount - Will reduce your motorcycle policy premium when you also insure your home and personal auto with us.
- Multi-Motorcycle Discount -The Alliance Group companies offers three different types of multi-motorcyle discounts based on the number of motorcyles you have.
- Anti-Theft Devices Discount - You’ll receive a discount if your motorcycle has an audible anti-theft device.
- Safety Riding Course Completion Discount - You’ll earn a discount for completing a motorcycle safety course.
- Lay-Up Period Discount - The Alliance Group companies offer a credit for three-month and five-month lay-up periods while your bike is parked during the winter months.
- Experienced Driver Discount - Experienced riders can receive an additional discount.
- Blue Ribbon Discount - A discount will be applied based on your insurance score. Insurance scores are based on more than 30 factors including bill payment history and account information.
